What districts are using onTRAC™?
Currently, onTRAC is implemented in over one hundred districts across Virginia, South Carolina, Indiana, Ohio, Louisiana, District of Columbia, and New Jersey.
Does onTRAC™ support both Mac and PC?
onTRAC is fully compatible and operational on both Window's PCs, Apple Macintosh and all accompanying operating systems.
Who writes your test items?
Interactive Achievement hires Content Specialists based on their knowledge of state standards, their experience in the educational field, and the demonstrated ability to write questions that mirror the state guidelines and follow the curriculum framework. In addition to the question writers, Interactive Achievement selects individuals that have excelled in their subject areas to review each question that is written for the Interactive Achievement Formative Assessment Item Bank.
How many subjects does onTRAC™ offer?
onTRAC offers testing for the four core subjects of Math, English, Science, and History in grades K-EOC.
How many questions does onTRAC™ have?
Currently, the IA Formative Assessment Item Bank for onTRAC offers over 35,000 questions from the four core subject areas. All questions are tagged by State Standard and Bloom's Taxonomy. There are also over 430 unique reading passages at various reading levels.

Can onTRAC™ report by State Standard?
onTRAC provides multiple reports to allow teachers and administrators to view students performance on given assessments. Reports include, but are not limited to, State Standard Performance, Student Performance by Question, Item Analysis, and Student Mastery Reports.
Can onTRAC™ report by NCLB/AYP subgroup?
onTRAC provides reporting by AYP/AMO and NCLB required subgroups, categories and subcategories at the individual, classroom, school, and district level. This includes, but is not limited to, item analysis.
Can teachers enter their own questions?
Teachers and administrators can create their own Technology Enhanced Items (TEI) and Multiple Choice (MC) questions for use within that district's exclusive database. onTRAC™ offers a three-step approval process for question writing that can be engaged or disengaged per a district's request.
Can districts test online and paper/pencil?
onTRAC™ provides an online format for testing as well as a paper/pencil format. Once an exam is created, teachers and administrators have the choice of delivering the exam online (Mac, PC, or iPad) or via paper/pencil. The student testing interface iTest is used for online testing and onTRAC student answer sheets are used for paper/pencil testing.
Does online testing provide the same tools as the end-of-year state tests (ruler, highlighter, etc.)?
iTest provides an online testing experience that directly simulates end-of-year state online testing. iTest provides the highlighter tool, elimination tool, eraser tool, measurement tool (in inches or centimeters selectable by student), protractor tool, straightedge, compass, pencil, and calculator.
What technical requirements are needed to implement onTRAC™?
There are minimal technical requirements to implement onTRAC.

Does onTRAC™ work with our Student Information System (SIS)?
Data from a district's Student Information System, including students, teachers, courses, and course rosters can be imported into onTRAC. This process is automated and updated daily. Additionally, users have the ability to maintain student data and course roster changes in the onTRAC user interface as needed.
What scanners are compatible with onTRAC™?
The following scanners are compatible with the onTRAC system:
Scantron's OpScan series
Scantron's iNSIGHT series
*IA works in tandem with Scantron Corporation to provide scanners for scoring paper/pencil assessments.
Do we have to buy all onTRAC™ subjects and grade levels?
You do not have to purchase all subjects for all students in your district. Individual or multiple subjects can be purchased for individual schools and grade levels. Please
